Cancellation & Exchange Policy – Jaipuri Fashion

At Jaipuri Fashion, we work hard to provide accurate product details, reliable sizing information, and multi-level quality checks before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with an exchange. Please note that we currently do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for domestic orders placed on our official website.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • A fee of ₹200 per item will be charged to process the exchange.
  • Colour variations due to screen or device settings cannot be accepted for exchange.
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.
  • Exchange is available for same-value or higher-value items only.
  • Exchanged items are not eligible for further exchange.

If You Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care.jaipurifashion@gmail.com and provide a clear opening/unboxing video showing the issue for quick resolution.

Exchange Process

  1. Raise an exchange request via our Exchange Portal.
  2. We will arrange a reverse pickup, subject to service availability.
  3. Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to self-ship the product.
  4. Once the product is received and passes our quality check, the replacement will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Please ensure items are packed securely and mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

We recommend using India Post Speed Post for reliable delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • To request cancellation, email us at care.jaipurifashion@gmail.com.

Jaipuri Fashion reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Unavailability of fabric or material
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Fraudulent or high-risk order activity

Refund Policy

Jaipuri Fashion does not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered. Only size exchanges are available as per this policy.
